Very good for biking about 2.6 miles or you can walk or jog. Public right always to beach access. Marked with yellow numbered signs

Admittedly we walked rather than biked this trail, but there was no scenery nor was it anything special. The beaches are amazing though - I’d spend my time there rather than biking this trail
