We were there last week. Absolutely gorgeous! The nature trails are well maintained. Loved the paved walk as well. Took the tram ride with Debbie, and we just loved her! Definitely purchase tram ride tickets before you go. It's very popular and they sell out in advance. There were lots of well-behaved, leashed pups. For as busy as it was, we didn't really notice the crowd as everyone was pretty well spaced out across the grounds. We were able to enjoy the peace and quiet, so unlike theme park crowds. The employees were so nice and helpful. We enjoyed it so much, we visited twice!

We absolutely loved Dogwood Canyon, it was such a beautiful place! We took the tram tour with our 5 year old. I highly recommend touring the park this way especially if it’s your first time. It was a 2 hour tour with a few quick stops long the way. Angela was a wonderful guide, she was friendly and funny. Make sure to book the tram a few days in advance.

Awesome experience. Be aware if you are wanting to take the tram experience, it may be booked up. Was told October is the busiest time and all trams were booked up when I was there. Hiked it all and believe that's the way to go. Can take it at your own pace, stop, enjoy, take photos, listen to the waterfalls!

Dogwood Canyon is absolutely stunning with all the beautiful fall colors, scenery , trails and rich history. We walked around for a couple of hours prior to our tram ride and we must say we will be back ! Joe was our tram guide and his wealth of knowledge and obvious love of the Dogwood Canyons was evident as he shared the incredible history of Johnny Morris’ vision and findings during the development of Dogwood Canyon. It is not only rich in history , wildlife and beauty giving photographers of all levels a delight, but it also provides family fun with its many walking trails, streams filled with rainbow trout and respect for God’s creation.

This is an absolutely amazing place to visit! We took the tour and it was well worth the money spent! The staff were excellent! We were 10 minutes late and they caught us up to our tour group. Everyone was so friendly and very informative!
