Another unspoiled & beautiful, wide & long beach in the Samara area…great to explore during low tide. The current wasn’t too strong the day we went so we enjoyed playing in the waves. From the parking lot you can walk along the edge at low tide and cross the river to get to the beach. Be careful crossing the river & watch out for the rocks…water shoes are ideal. Playa Buena Vista is popular with locals & tourists alike for the sunsets. People start arriving a half hour before sunset and stay until after dark…there are mosquitoes. We went several times and the sunsets didn’t disappoint. Don’t forget your camera! We also saw some people fishing in the river. Treat this beach with respect and remember “no basura”!

Every time you go on the beach, make sure you have extra bag for garbage. Unsafe to walk barefoot. All the debris and human garbage could be found here. For whole rainy season it’s hard to get to the beach, you need to cross river, which is full of crocodiles.

Interesting beach, however, the shore has rocks and the water is dirty looking. There are better beaches in the area.

The beach is secluded and beautiful. However, there are many stones in the water. Highly recommended to watch a beautiful sunset.
